Orders are dispatched within two business days after receiving cleared payment. Each parcel is carefully packed to meet international shipping standards before being handed over to FedEx.

All shipments are sent under the supervision of the National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka. Parcels are exported in compliance with Sri Lankan regulations to ensure transparency, authenticity, and legal clearance.
